王建伟
研究员，博士生导师
王建伟博士，2002年本科毕业于北京航空航天大学电子工程系，2006年硕士毕业于中国协和医科大学，于2012年在德国乌尔姆大学获得博士学位。王建伟研究员主要从事血液系统和心脏系统衰老方向的研究工作。作为第一独立完成人，王建伟研究员发现DNA损伤诱导的造血干细胞分化是导致其衰老的机制（Wang et al. Cell, 2012）; 发现端粒损伤引起造血干细胞功能下降的分子机制（Wang et al. Blood, 2014）以及抑制衰老的造血干细胞向淋系细胞分化的基因（Wang et al. Nature Cell Biology, 2016）。王建伟博士于2016年加入沙巴体育投注官网成为独立研究员（Principle Investigator）。
研究方向
王建伟研究员主要研究造血干细胞衰老和心脏衰老两个领域，应用高通量的筛选手段、不同的动物模型和生化手段来探寻造血干细胞衰老和心脏衰老的分子生物学机制，然后针对该基因或分子通路开发靶向药物来延缓血液系统和心脏系统衰老。
科学贡献
经过几年的探索，王建伟研究员团队发现慢性炎症通过IL27Ra导致造血干细胞衰老的分子机制（BLOOD, 2020）,发现慢性炎症是导致衰老进程中DNMT3A hR882H/mR878H突变导致造血干细胞克隆性增生的分子生物学机制，并筛选出冬凌草甲素能够选择性的抑制携带DNMT3A R882突变的造血干细胞的克隆性造血能力以及急性粒细胞白血病细胞的成瘤能力（Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B. 2021; Cell Death Discovery, 2021）,发现Ythdf是解码Ccnd1 mRNA上m6A修饰，进而调控造血干细胞功能的关键基因（Haematologica，2021）.
