  4. 郭炜博士本科毕业于南京大学生物化学系,在中科院上海神经所完成了神经生物学专业的博士训练,主要从事神经元极性发育的研究;之后在沙巴体育投注官网进行博士后研究以及在葛兰素史克(上海)医药研发有限公司从事药物研发,从事BDNF的信号通路研究以及在老年痴呆症方面的应用转化研究,目前总要从事神经营养因子相关的脑认知方面的基础研究、以及在神经退行性疾病方面的转化医学研究和药物研发。

研究

研究兴趣: 
(1) 基于神经营养因子的抗体药物研发;
(2)阿尔茨海默病模型和疾病机制研究;
(3)神经退行性疾病治疗。

取得的成绩
目前已在Cell、Nature Communications、Cell Research、Theranostics等杂志发表10多篇高质量论文,SCI总引用次数达五百多次;并已申请或授权三项国际PCT专利,其中两项已经实现成果转化。其中博士阶段主要从事神经元极性的信号通路的研究,发表第一作者论文两篇,以及第二作者Cell杂志论文一篇,该论文是Cell杂志继1980年发表中科院的一篇文章后,25年来发表的第一篇完全在国内完成的研究论文。博后阶段从事BDNF的信号通路研究以及在阿尔茨海默病方面的应用转化研究,并在葛兰素史克上海研发中心从事相关药物研发工作。近年在沙巴体育投注官网鲁白实验室任Co-PI期间,主要从事神经营养因子的神经修复功能研究和神经退行性疾病机制和抗体药物开发研究,并创建了新型基因敲入大鼠AD模型和类器官AD模型,主要包括:(1)开发BDNF受体TrkB的激活型抗体药物,并在ALS、脑卒中、AD、青光眼以及卵巢早衰等疾病模型(小鼠、猪、树鼩)中进行功能检测;(2)建立目前AD领域最先进的新型基因敲入AD大鼠模型,并进行全面的病理和行为特征鉴定;(3)AD大脑类器官疾病模型开发以及Tau病理机制研究。此外,近年还作为Advanced Science(Wiley 杂志社)、Cell & Bioscience(BMC杂志社)等多个重要学术期刊的审稿人。
